First, check your spam / junk / promotions folders — the email comes from Digistore24 and can land there. Give it up to 15 minutes. Still nothing? Confirm which email you used at checkout in the Digistore24 Customer Portal (sign in with your email — a one-time code is sent, no password needed). If the order is there but the access email isn't, contact us with your order ID and we'll resend your access within 24 hours.
Try opening the link in your phone's default browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android) instead of inside an email app's built-in browser. If it still fails, email us the order ID and a screenshot of the error — we'll issue a fresh access link.
Your order ID is in the order confirmation email from Digistore24 and on your invoice. You can also see all your orders in the Digistore24 Customer Portal — sign in with the email you used at checkout.
