Refund Policy

Because Yt AI Tools is sold through Digistore24, refunds are handled under Digistore24's buyer protection and refund process.

1. Reseller & buyer protection

Your purchase of Yt AI Tools is processed by Digistore24 GmbH, which acts as the reseller of the product. This means Digistore24 is your contractual partner for the payment and manages refunds through its official buyer-protection system.

2. Money-back guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Product, you may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date, and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, in accordance with Digistore24's refund policy.

3. How to request a refund

You can request a refund in one of two ways:

  1. Through Digistore24: use the buyer self-service portal at digistore24.com/help/buyer, where you can look up your order using your email and order ID and request a refund.
  2. Contact our support: email us at sarah_claes1993@hotmail.com with your order ID and the email used at purchase, and we will help you process it.

4. Processing time & method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend on Digistore24 and your payment provider, and are typically completed within a few business days.

5. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content, this right can end once delivery/performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose the withdrawal right.   • Abusive or repeated refund activity may be reviewed by Digistore24 under its policies.
